Though I was born on Tyneside, and having lived there until shortly after I was married, 65 years ago, I chose London as the setting for Divorcees.Biz
Why? You might ask.
Well, it was simply because a couple of years after I was married, we moved to London, as my husband was accepted for a job no one would ever turn down. However, 25 years later, we returned to Tyneside and when I decided to write a novel about four friends opening their own dating agency, London sounded the perfect setting.
However, I know things will have changed in London since I wrote the novel, but I do hope you enjoy thie fun, light-hearted read.
Since Divorcees.Biz was published, I have written four Agnes Lockwood Mysteries, all set on Tyneside.
